Beautiful property! Walk out onto the beach for some of the best direct access snorkeling. Pool scene was relaxing yet energetic. Fun activities and cocktail hours. Great service and wonderful staff. Will definitely return.

The hotel was beautiful and the views were amazing! The staff were wonderful. Everything we ate there was delicious. The only negative was the excursion staff were a little pushy trying to get us to book an excursion while we were trying to check out the complimentary snorkeling gear.

Our airport shuttle driver Danny is absolutely amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time and also checked on us when he saw us. The manager Wetzelle is very kind and accommodating. The resort is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. And will someday be back. This was a return stay. We were at one of the bungalows at the edge of the property. Hopefully they do a better job creating a beautiful boundary from the trash on the other side of the fencing. Ruined the ambiance of the wall back to the bungalow in the afternoon.

Everything was perfect my only issue was a 4 night stay and having to remind house keeping to clean the room or ask for more towels . Pool area needs more tending to /debris in the pool . Having a net near by would be perfect for that issue . Otherwise fantastic stay and very luxurious

This resort was fantastic. If you are going to Roatan, look no further as far as accommodations are concerned. This place, is clean, luxurious, serene, in THE best location, and extremely welcoming. Truly the ultimate slice of paradise. The staff is second-to-none. We learned of an unexpected death in the family during our stay, and I cannot express how gracious the staff was in assisting us with heading home earlier than expected. I could not have imagined being treated better than we were at the Kimpton Grand Roatan. THANK YOU to everyone who works there!

Beautiful property. Staff and all employees treated guests like royalty. Elevator wasn’t working in our building. Would like to see bottled water provided in each room. Would like to have a small vending snack area. Dining was expensive. Overall the best on the island.
