Oceanfront beach house with dual-masters & screened balcony on West Bay Beach

Casa Tortuga is located in West Bay Village, a small oasis of eight privately owned homes right on West Bay Beach. Just a moment’s stroll from many bars and restaurants. Private and convenient, this location is unbeatable, close to the amenities of West Bay Beach yet secluded and private surrounded by lush tropical gardens.
Just 10 meters off the beach you will encounter amazing snorkeling & diving, exploring our reefs could not be easier!

Casa Tortuga is a modern Caribbean beach house steps away from world-famous West Bay Beach. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath second story unit offers privacy along with stunning ocean views. The home features 3 (optional - Please see special notes) air- units, one in each bedroom and one in the living-dining area. Also 5 ceiling fans located all around the house including the outdoor balcony. Fiber-optic, high speed wifi and cable-tv are included. The living room has a 50” LG flat-panel television with comfortable Bassett furniture couch and loveseat. We have a screened in balcony area, with a bar-height patio set to allow a comfortable pest-free outdoor space.

Bedroom-1 offers the comfort of a queen size bed along with a beautiful tiled ensuite bath with travertine shower and double sinks.

Bedroom-2 offers the flexibility of two twin-beds or one king size bed along with a beautifully tiled ensuite bath with walk-in travertine shower.

The living room can double as a third sleeping area with a queen size, gel-foam, sofa sleeper.

Vaulted ceilings create a very open atmosphere for the kitchen, dining and living room areas. The fully equipped kitchen offers granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher, all with a fabulous ocean view.

We partnered with one of the best property managers on Roatan, they are available for any questions you may have during your stay.

Six friends enjoyed the location, the roominess, the cleanliness, and the comfort of this amazing VRBO. We loved the ease of being steps from the beach and moving back and forth from beach time to lunchtime and back again. The AC worked beautifully (and was very appreciated!). The neighborhood security staff was very helpful and friendly and set our minds at ease. So many dining/drinking options were within walking distance. If you’re planning a family trip or a friends getaway and want to stay in paradise, this is the house for you!

Perfect location, very safe, steps to beach, nicely-furnished. Loved having basket of sunscreen, and storage containers for leftovers was great. Screened porch with view of water was popular for coffee, and sunset-watching from the chairs on the beach perfection. Snorkeling right from the beach in calm, warm ocean water was the highlight

Casa Tortuga
We always have a wonderful time at Casa Tortuga and our dive place is just a short walk up the beach at Bananarama. The house is furnished nicely and the kitchen has all the utensils you need for cooking as well as a nice grill. Beds are comfortable and the new shower in the master bath is great. Carmin, the owner, is a joy to work with and always answers any questions promptly.We will be back next year. Thank you for another great vacation.

Great property location. Great view of the beach. Beds were great. Walkable to restaurants and stores. Only downfall is wish they had onsite property managers. Would have been very helpful. Also things to float on like the other property’s had.

Casa Tortuga - West Bay
This was a perfect location on West Bay, the best beach on the island. Steps away from crystal clear waters and unbelievably snorkeling off the beach. The home was well updated and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay.

Tortuga House
Tortuga house is a great place to stay in Roatan. Close to beach, restaurants and great diving and snorkeling. The house is equipped with cooking essentials, beach cups, plenty of towels and a nice screened in deck. You can see the beach from the deck. Roatan Vacation Rentals are great to work with, and respond quickly as do the owners of the house. Will be staying there again next year.

Casa Tortuga is wonderful
My family of 4 stayed in Casa Tortuga while my brother’s family rented out Casa Martin (we’d all been to Casa Martin years earlier and came back with bigger families), and I was really impressed with Casa Tortuga- to the point that I wished we had more time there rather than hanging out at Casa Martin so much…that’s high praise! The screened in porch gives a great view of the ocean and the interior is clean and up to date. Would definitely recommend and will hope to return.

Everything I hoped for
Family of 4 with two older children stayed here and it was perfect. Close to all the action, yet not right in the center. Views were great, personnel from the check in folks through the security guard were polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will visit again.
