"Super friendly staff. Service was so good. Never had to wait long for front desk to answer the phone or send something up to you. The housekeeping room clean and turndown we’re impeccable. Conveniently located, with a big grocery store across the road, a couple cafes, a casino with restaurants next door and walking distance to darling harbour. Just wish the gyms were bigger (there’s access to a small one I. The hotel and a slightly bigger one at the star casino next door). "

"This is the perfect location for exploring Sydney. It’s one stop from the airport and about 20 mins to get into the city. We had a one bedroom apartment with a king bed that was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed, including a huge fridge, electric kettle and toaster. Initially, we were only given two bath towels and one hand towel so on the 3rd day we asked for more and they immediately bought them to our room. The property and staff are excellent and I would definitely here...

"The room is perfect, everything is perfect except the check in process. The queue to check in was very very long and we could only check in at 4:30pm instead of 3pm due to the queue and room wasn't available yet. BUT the hotel has the arrival room so you can wait while having free coffee. Service need to be improve on the check in. I travelled a lot but never seen that bad. "
