The Mercure hotel is a perfect place to unwind and relax after a day on the city. The hotel is quiet despite being on a main road, we couldn’t hear any other guest noise during our stay. Our room had a nice city view and was clean and comfortable. Nice and modern! We will return for sure, customer service was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay, safe and easy access to everything. Friendly staff and always available when needed. However, the pool is way too small to accomodate guests. We were not able to use the pool due to over crowded. Wished they use all the top buildings for all amenities so the pool can be bigger. Our room was situated where there's no city view so cannot say we had a very good view! Rating 7/10

The hotel is very close to the Central Station and all of the wonderful restaurants near Chinatown. Very convenient to the Woolworths for groceries and liquor. The King room was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Will stay again!

I really did like the place, I just feel the exterior pillows need to be cleaned. Not the white sheeted ones the actually throw pillows. They have a slight unpleasant smell. And one of the house keepers isn’t good with detail. The lady with the glasses just wants to get in and get out. She scanned the code on my door with out cleaning it even tho I didn’t leave in time so when I asked for my bed to be made later they had my room listed as clean. So it never got done. The next day I asked her for extra face towels when she cleans my room and she never did it and the bathroom floor still had the leaves we brought in from the park from the day before on the floor. She clearly is in a rush.
