Clean place. Good staff . However, since the big size hotel has so many rooms , but it only has 4 lifts, so in the morning, you have to wait forever (>15’) to get into the lift because they’re always full when they come to you. Probably it needs to hire more receptionists, too.

The bathroom only had one light working and had a terrible urine smell all the time. After I told the reception about it, she said it only had one light in the bathroom, lol, so the other lights on the roof were fake??? Anyway, they sent maintenance team to fix the lights finally. Overall, the room was quite old and needs refurbishment.

The worst experience ever, in the finest property ever. 1. It was a last minute stay at Novotel Shdeng with an exorbitant price, was expecting nothing short than a star level experience. 2. The experience was pathetic, check in staff was missing briefly. 3. Bathroom door was locked form inside 4. Aircon was not working. Never ever had this experience in the Novotel before. There are other places like Park Royal, W, IBIS and Four Seasons at the same vicinity. Do try these before or considrt them before booking Novotel.
