"Didn’t like top floor, penthouse checkin. Makes for difficulty with off hour services for baggage handling, carts etc. Otherwise great staff, but just not enough of them late or very early hours given concierge/checkin is on the penthouse floor. "

"Property is convenient to SCG. Rooms are basic but suitable. We found correspondence with manager slow & had to chase him up twice - once early on for no answer to an email and again with self-checkin, when room advised was incorrect (which he knew but waited till we got there at 10:30pm & couldn't get in - had to call the AH nbr & he told us then). Notwithstanding, we'd stay here again."

"The reception was always very helpful. Joanna and Joe very friendly and professional. Other staff too were helpful when Joanna and Joe were not there. Coffee was really good and nice searing area. The room was brilliant with lovely balcony to chill out and sit. Room was large and had all amenities such as washer , microwave and nice clean kitchenette. Bed was large and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone . Transport links were really good "
