This was a lovely hotel with a large room. There are on-site restaurants, and a lot of other restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. There is construction going on across the street, but the room was quiet.

Great location near the river. The upgrade provided simply consisted of a balcony barely large enough for two people to stand on and which provided a view of adjacent office buildings, so of no real value.
