"Staff attentive and friendly. Very quiet room/floor no disturbances. Pool nice, warm water. One small criticism was the teas/coffees hadn't been refilled when we first arrived in the room and the tub that held them hadn't been cleaned but not a big deal. Breakfast had a great selection. "

"I was In the old part and it needs updating badly. Excited when I saw a spa bath in my room but bath was worn around the plug area and not appealing so wasted. Toilet was stained with brown as old. Taps on sink worn and spun round a lot before water came out. "
