"The room was spacious enough and had a huge bathroom.The shower was easy to use and had good hot water and pressure. The bed was comfortable. Also, it was easy access to the hotel bistro to have a good meal."

"We arrived early and the very friendly receptionist allowed us to check in. Our room was on level 5 facing the harbor, it was interesting watching the ships enter Newcastle Port. There is car parking under the building with an overflow outdoor section. Our only issue was a very small room fridge without a freezer. The bar staff gave us ice when we asked for it. All of the hotel staff were polite and professional. "
