The spa on the balcony lovely and the view is 5 star. However as it was my wifes birthday the night we were staying, I sent the hotel an email with a small request a few days prior. It's fine if they could not fulfil my request but I didn't even recieve a reply. We were also not informed that the restaurant was unavailable on the night we were staying. We found this out as we went to look at the menu. The young lady on reception at check in was quite distant and not very welcoming. To sum up. Room - adequate, Spa - lovely, View - Superb, Restaurant - unknown and Check staff- poor.

On our departure reception staff were very rude. We were accused of stealing the microwave from the common area, when infact a staff member gave it to us. Very disappointing as we have always loved staying at this accommodation.

Absolutely stunning view from out waterfront spa suite 🥰. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect way to shed our stresses (and clothes!) in our private spa located on the balcony with uninterrupted views of the beach ⛱️. This was a trully magnificent experience only minutes from the popular The Entrance foreshore. The room itself was basic with a comfy queen size bed, kitchenette, large wall mounted TV and complimentary WiFi. The only thing stopping me from giving this property 5/5 was a small stain on our sheets. Whilst im sure the friendly staff would have changed the sheets had we have asked it was a small downer given the premium price paid for this room. That aside we had a wonderful weekend at this property as it was close to public transport and within walking distance to the main foreshore of The Entrance as well as a Coles Supermarket and lovely little coffee shop.

The location was very convenient to the beach and only few minutes drive to the shops, and local restaurants. The only thing after checked in to the room we found the floor was dirty and had lots of sand lots of dead bugs on the outdoor balcony I also left my book behind, im preety sure left on the bed, but the day after i rang the reception for lost property book, he said theres no book has been handed in. Very disappointed.
