"Hotel had very friendly & helpful staff, clean & spacious room and conveniently located in Newcastle. "

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom loft cottage. It was lovely and spacious, comfy beds (although I would suggest bringing own pillow). The garden's were lovely and nice pools. The tv in our cottage was in a strange position, ie not in front of the lounges which was a bit frustrating to watch. The restaurant was also being renovated during our stay so no-where to eat but there was a range of courtesy buses available to pubs etc. But all up nice place to stay. "

"Great property but I’m sick of these remote access property. There are security key pads everywhere which are very annoying and potentially a fire trap. But other than that the property was good."

"Great location, close to shopping, pub, neighbourhood takeaway food shop. Parking onsite. Very clean, laundry with washing machine and dryer. Kitchen had everything we needed and a large fridge. Check in information was provided before 2pm and went very smoothly. Each unit has a garage for on site parking. We will definitely stay again if we need a 2 br apartment. "
