"2 time staying here for an entire week, 2 year ago the room needed a new mattress, still have same mattress--not comfortable at all, they could offer a better breakfast..their 'hot' breakfast is only waffles and instant oatmeal, they only replace bed linens twice a week now on Monday and Thursday, the location is good for what we like to do in the area which is why we stayed there again this year, next year we may switch to another hotel in the vicinity. overall we were content with the stay...

"We had an issue with the bathroom in our room. The front desk staff (Jamie) listened to the issue & then worked to resolve the problem quickly. He was both friendly & efficient in handling the situation. The restaurant & bar staff were all friendly. "
