"For a budget priced property, i was highly impressed here versus a couple others in the area. The staff was friendly, helpful, professional, etc etc. I know the area quite well and was in town for a family wedding and i didn't want to spend a fortune on lodging for just me. Clean room, great staff, parking, right where i wanted to be. Nearby properties are almost if not all much higher priced with no better accommodations. The night before i checked in I was up the road a half mile or so and while an ok place with a pool, the price hurt to pay. Especially when the iron in the room was broken and the free continental b fast featured broken machines and slim pickings. Here it's set up as an efficiency apartment with dishes,, cookware, etc and I just borrowed an iron when i needed it. When I'm back in the area, I'll stay there again...e"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Old Colorado Inn during our visit to Stuart for a show at The Lyric Theater. Steven was very helpful and informative upon check in. The room was very welcoming and comfortable. This was our second stay and look forward to returning whenever we are in Stuart."
