"Every staff member I had an interaction with was kind, professional, and very helpful. They all simply looked like they enjoyed working there, which made my stay more comfortable. There was construction going on with some of the escalators right in the front that took away from the dramatic view as you walk into the building. "Although a very nice property. We had a few concerns. The parking lot gates did not work properly all werkend, bed furniture lights had no way of turning off, and we recommend longer weekend hours for Starbucks."

"This property wasn't actually our first pick, but that place was booked, so after reading other reviews we picked The Georgian Terrace... we were pleasantly surprised. Not only is this place GORGEOUS, the staff is amazingly sweet, efficient and patient with genuine concern for our well being at all times. They quickly respond through text with directions and advice immediately. We were treated like royalty and the property is JUST BEAUTIFUL, clean and comfortable. Darrah, Fojan and Thembela were ON FLEEK with the sweetest disposition and prompt responses. We will be back and you'll be missing out if you don't stay here! Super clean and just BEAUTIFUL. "
