"Comfortable hotel, great wee gym and warm pool. Not evident beforehand but parking is charged at £10 per 24 hours. Food ok, bit overpriced eg £8.50 for very small breadbasket. Staff pleasant and helpful "

"We have used this hotel a few times and always been very pleased with it. However this time, the room we were allocated was far too close to reception and main area. (I did request quiet room away from traffic but didn’t anticipate being disturbed by other noises). We were hearing the staff chatting, laughing etc early morning and the swing doors nearby were really annoying as they were used regularly and were quite noisy and late in evening and early morning was obviously more noticeable and...

"Great stay but vegetarian options very limited for breakfast. Hash browns were empty leaving only egg and beans. Bread choices were only white and some other bread choice would have been something. That said, friendly staff, easy check in and out and decent room for size and cleanliness and convenient location. Would recommend!"

"All was good except the tv remote. The batteries were held in with duct tape, which did nothing as you had to hold them in if you wanted the remote to work, hardly 4 star. Apart from that we both enjoyed our stay."
