"Reception - great service but no card machine at the desk. Restaurant - awful service but good food, every table around us given a menu with offers, which we weren’t offered. Ordered drinks at the bar and others were served before me when I was there first and service was slow. Room - clean room, great amenities but very noisy because there was a young lacrosse team that run the corridors all night. "

"Was a clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff. Unfortunely we got put in a disablilty friendly room meaning the shower was a wet room and the sink was really really low and was not suited to us as we are able bodied. This was the one thing that let this stay down otherwise, would stay here again."

"The experience at the APEX was second to none. From the time we checked in and dropped of bags to the time we checked out. The location was super close to everything as well. The Tower of London, the Sky and the Tube were just a few minutes walk from the hotel. "
