"Very well located hotel. The rooms are small (yet the beds are huge) but are very well designed. The smaller rooms are especially convenient for single travellers. There are also larger rooms. The vibe of the hotel makes it a place to hang out."

"Overall a good place to stay, great location close to rail, underground, and bus stops. Also close to lots of restaurants and stores. Only things I didn't like were the location, it felt a bit run down around the block and also the pillows were not very good. "

"We had a great stay at CitizenM in Shoreditch- it was easy to get anywhere we wanted and the hotel was comfortable and welcoming. Our only complaint is that only one elevator was working (which we were told about ahead of time), which made for some long waits. We'd gladly stay at the CitizenM again."

"I really liked that i was made to feel welcome straight away. The receptuon staff immediately advised me that i had a discount on room service and was apologetic that i had been put in a particular room. This was fine by me but I was offered free breakfast on both mirnings. All the staff were warm and kind and were willing to help uf needed. The food was good and i loved my room. Im definately going to stay again."
