"Overall, my husband & I had a great stay. Our room was very clean. However, on our 2nd day we left our room with the window open for housekeeping at 9 something in the a.m. When we arrived back in our room in the p.m. around approx 6-7pm, housekeeping knocked to tidy the room. We were quite dismayed bc all we wanted to do was relax around 6/7pm at night: we were gone ALL day enjoying the amenities of the pool and beach At that time, it was a lil late and I felt they could've tidied the room...

"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was not in the best condition overall, but it was exceptionally clean. There were limited cooking utensils and cook ware for those who wish to utilize the full kitchen. The bathroom (shower/toilet area) was in need of updating. Again though, VERY CLEAN.
