"Decent location, within walking distance to lots of attractions, dining, vintage clothing stores, etc. I'm not sure where the photo in this listing is located (?), but it isn't in Unit #2, where we stayed -- which was much shabbier than what is shown in the photo, with completely useless curtains that did nothing to block out the early morning light when trying to sleep past 5am. The BIG problem, which ruined the entire stay, came when we noticed a foul odour emanating from behind the fridge...

"Middle floor bathroom ran out of loo roll, was mouldy, and had no pole for the shower head to be held in. Lower floor had no loo roll. Bedroom was old and a bit knackered and it was a mattress not worthy of a student pad. The communal areas are filthy, despite being charged a “cleaning fee”. Room had three electric heaters on the floor, two of which are wall mount heaters. Floor had holes where the wood had separated. I’m truly shocked this site has this as an option."

"The room was lovely but could have been cleaner. There was a crisp on the floor. There also was what looked like yogurt had been spilled over the curtains. We were unable to turn out the main light and had to pull the card out to turn off. "This is an exceptional boutique Hotel in London, about 10/15 mins walk from Victoria Station and we walked to Houses of Parliament in about 40 mins. Such a unique room which was spotlessly clean with large free standing bath, amazing toiletries and spacious . Continental Breakfast was delicious with amazing choice, we were going to upgrade to cooked breakfast but so much choice with continental we did not bother. Could not fault anything about this Hotel."
