"It was clean and friendly. Well located too. However we checked in at 8:30 pm and the next day someone walked into our room. The hotel's software didn't record that we had checked in and marked us as a no-show and they gave our room away. Glad we were in the room so we could deal with the person. It took a bit to sort out the mix up and we had pre-paid for the room so it wasn't about payment. They need to fix their system because this wasn't a great feeling. "

"The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were polite and very accommodating. My reasons for 4 stars were uncomfortable beds, small bathroom, and strangely they only serve “bold” coffee, both in the rooms and in their lobby area. We had to leave each day we were there to get coffee somewhere else. Lol Seems silly but when you love coffee, it’s important. Great location and felt safe. Rooms were quiet. Definitely a nice hotel, just lacking on a few amenities we look for. "
