Service is all about time, skill and dedication and after a lifetime in catering. You get that at the Leicester hotel. "On checking in we were not told that there would be no housekeeping on Saturday or Sunday. We had tiny bottles of toiletries between two for 4 days. Tea/ coffee service was there but the cups were not changed every day and we ran out of supplies. And bed was not made Really bad value I’m afraid. "
