"Wow! A great budget hotel that is worth every penny! We stayed in 2 of the garden rooms which had lovely patio doors overlooking the garden. The bathrooms are a little tired but the rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. Free wifi and parking were fab and the location was only a short walk to Lord Street and Marine Drive etc. The breakfasts were amazing value for money at £5 each, including a cooked breakfast, toast, pastries, jams, spreads etc, fresh fruit, cereal and tea and coffee. "Disappointed with this hotel. Not at all what the website portrayed. The room had a damp stale smell. The sheets were clean but the rest of the bed furniture looked dirty. The whole room was shabby. The mug and spoon on the tray was dirt. The towels looked clean but had a damp feel. I wanted to leave but had paid quite a lot of money as I wanted to be comfortable. The website indicated there was gym & pool facilities which turned out to be access to a local gym, pool with a pass. "
