"The place itself is very nice. Spacious rooms with large comfy beds. Lovely resort with swimming pool and little private beach just for hotel guests. If you choose to eat there then the food is also nice. But the thing that made the stay really good was the staff. "This is a high class high quality hotel. We stayed in a Panorama room and it was to die for. The views of the river are amazing. The room, amenities, and the staff are all on par with the best hotels in the world. I wish we could have stayed longer but we were only their passing though before our flight home to the states. If I ever go back to Saigon, I will definitely book this hotel again. "

The signature lounge leaves a lot to be desired compared to other first world lounges, but no big deal. Otherwise staff was amazing. Spa was clean and services were affordable. Coffee bar was great every morning. "
