"Very colonial classic 5* hotel, chic Parisien souvenir,excellent breakfast,all the staff very nice,courteous and helpful,especially Gm Ngan order for us special tropical fruit,impeccable private service,we love to go back for sure,my favourite home place, feel safe,only B- we recommend recycled water bottles ( no plastic, good environment like Iberostar change the wave process. If you choose the inside room,around the quiet small pool because the out side rooms are noisy,especially on Dong Khoi street also the flashing on led commercial pane from district 2 across the Saigon river very noisy,disturbing.Hotel couldn’t control the hustle of city life because it is way of life of VN,or any big city in the world it is not their fault.We will comeback for sure,Love Saigon "

"The hotel is centrally located. Very convenient to everything. The bathroom is a bit old. Some mold on the soap dispenser and corners. But the room is spacious and the lobby is luxurious. "

"Great hotel with super friendly staff. Room condition excellent. Breakfast is quite delicious. The only complaint I have is not having the sound proof window. I could hear the music from the street at night in my room on the 10th floor. "

"Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff is very attentive, and the rooms ae great. For some reason, the plastic nut inside the tank on the toilet flush handle was so loose that the toilet wouldn't flush. Being a home owner, I raised the lid on the toilet tank and finger tightened the nut. Works great. Breakfast was fantastic."

"The Executive room is a great deal! We were able to take advantage of the Executive lounge and had great food and drinks all inclusive. Very nice hotel in a great location."
