"It is a good stay overall. However, a female, who appeared to be in a senior position or manager for morning breakfast, was very uncheerful, unhappy and hostile. She had no smile or happy face and looked to be unhappy with her job. She is the person who is in the wrong job. Apart from facing her unhappy face in the morning breakfast, the services are good."

We left dishes on table with dirt on them.. staff never cleaned or removed them.The buffet was fine except it was exactly the same every day. Only change was fruit at breakfast. "Amazing staff, great location. But: Was not good value for money, compared to other Vietnam hotels. Very dated hotel, in need of update. A lot of trash around gardens. The food was very average. General style and decor of resort a bit barren and dated. Inadequate English of many staff (other than duty manager who was excellent). When I called ahead, the receptionist spoke inadequate English to guide me to how to get to the hotel. We did a cooking course that was o.k., but again minimal English...
