"The rooms need remodelling and cleaning thoroughly. The curtains and furniture is very dated. The shower doesn't drain and is disgusting. The air conditioning is not powerful at all, i asked to borrow a fan from the female receptionists and was told no. The tour guide then asked the male night receptionist and suddenly one was available! After a 10 days in other accommodation, including an overnight train and a boat, this was the worst!"

You are well cared for the minute you check in and then you are wrapped up in good care from the entire staff throughout your stay. The breakfast buffet is amazing and it changes day to day with new offerings. The staff there will go out of their way to make you feel like you are special.
