Nice spacious and clean hotel in district 1. Very good air conditioning. I even enjoyed a facial at the hotel spa, which was very nice though more expensive than what you’d find on the street. Minus one star because the walls are not so sound proof and loud neighbors were frequently heard. Hotel location is very convenient and walkable to the tourist spots.

Property was across the mall, a 2 minute walk to walking street Nguyen Hue, across from high-end brand name stores, walkable to Ben Thanh market, tons of food options outside the hotel. Roof top pool was nice. Rooms were modern, clean, and spacious.

The property over all seems dated and run down. Breaksfast, is no good. Example: They let us to make ourself the dish , like bánh mi. The fillings look so dry and not fresh!! Viet sticky rice is so wet. Roast pork is little and keep delayed. Lack a yummy Viet nam food, it likes next to nothing. Last time I stayed it is much better. Hope this can be improved, as this hotel is in a good location thou.
