"Very welcoming and pleasant staff. Went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room was serviced twice a day, towels changed twice a day, and two bottles of water supplied twice a day. Laundry service was excellent. Breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. The rooftop bar with spa and very pleasant staff made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The hotel's position is central."

Cozy comfort

"Enjoyed our 4 night stay. Great breakfast and afternoon tea. Perfect location close to Saigon Square and walking distance to many sites. Room was spacious and outdoor shower was a fun experience. Friendly staff and great manager who is very involved with his work and team. Used their transfer out to the airport price was same as grab service. Loved that they were right by the Ganglands Central and a really convenient currency exchange near the Running Bean."

"overall the sevice of the hotel is great , but the smell is vired , I asked for exchange . They put me to another room, overall I have nothing to complain But they charged us for coffee during the breakfast even we include the breakfast, we ordered before 10:30 they send us later than 10:30 then they charged us extra "
