"Desk staff was amazing. Rooms were immaculately clean and all decor was excellent. Food and service at the cafe was excellent. Only downside is no parking affiliates with the hotel available had to use city parking garage underground but next door. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at Element. A very clean, quiet and convenient hotel to stay in. I would've given 5 stars but the only part is the first day after our stay, we went down for breakfast, everything's was good until when i was kind of humiliated by one of the staff. We were 4 peoples; me, my husband and our 2 kids. We usually split tasks between us, my husband took care of the kids while i brought whatever they needed to eat.
