"The hotel is beautiful, the room clean and spacious. However ,i booked Sunday ,check in at 4 Found out afterwards the waterslide closes Sunday at 4 ,they do not consider Sunday the weekend. I had 3 very upset grandchildren Extremely disappointing considering I paid $300 to stay in the worst neighborhood in London for that sole reason The bath tub in the room also was useless as the drain wouldnt close"

"Not only was there a pool with water slides available at certain hours, the play area and arcade was awesome to keep the kids entertained. Great spot for a little staycation."

"Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again.
