"The room was nice and so were all of the staff. The galleria is within walking distance.The bar staff were exceptional. The coffee is terrible."

"Overall the stay was great. Clean room, staff were very nice, breakfast was hot and fresh. However, the air conditioning had a mild mildew smell. Also our room had small black ants crawling around the headboard area. I would rate this a 6/10. "

"Hotel is obviously in the midst of an upgrade. You can still find some items of the former named hotel around. TVs, bedding, carpet all newer upgrades. Breakfast needs some work, but change tales time and plenty of breakfast spots close by. Great Mexican restaurant next door."

"not super clean, dining options are limited to Mexican food and Starbucks. Several elevators out of order. We were charged the parking twice. Not a great experience "
