"We had a great experience at this resort. The staff is so very accommodating and eager to assist you. Everyone from the bell boys/golf cart guys to the housekeeping, front desk and service staff were excellent. "It is a beautiful property but the upkeep and maintenance is poor hence the property looks run down. Most of the staff are good but there is no genuine hospitality from them except a few of the staff that we encountered during the stay. We feel that the training of the staff is inadequate hence a lot of inconsistency in service standards. "I have to share that one night I forgot my purse at one of the bar/restaurants - it was late in the evening. I didnt realize I left it u til the next morning tho - thinking it would be gone I still asked the front desk - they told me to wait & a security guy came out w my purse!!!
