We did receive what seemed to be a generic text saying they were monitoring the situation, but never got a response from my message submitted over VRBO. "Had a group of 12 friends looking to have a fantasy draft and be on the beach and this property delivered. Right on the water in a private location, with ample beds and room for everyone. Property management was super responsive and helpful. Only issue was the pool not being ready, which we were expecting to be done based on their info on the listing. But all good and would book again!"

"This was an absolutely amazing home. It had everything needed especially for a large group. Plenty of room, towels, dishes, cooking supplies. The pool was amazing, plenty of space for everyone by the pool. The outdoor shower was very helpful too. Plenty of beach toys, chairs and the wagon was helpful for the beach. The golf cart was awesome and the location was very convenient. I would definitely stay at this home again. Thank uou wonderful hosts! "

"We had a great stay. Truely a beautiful house right on the beach. The kitchen is top notch, plenty of space for sleeping and playing . The pool was perfect and the beach was steps away! You will not be disappointed if you stay at this property. We had some issues with the elevator and the management team was super responsive to that! Thanks for a great vacation we hope to be back!!!"

"Great location on the Gulf. Beautiful views everywhere you look. House was beautiful, and very roomy. There were 18 of us between both houses, and we never felt like we were on top of each other. I cannot say enough about our host, Bob. He immediately returned my texts, and readily addressed any concern I had. Great vacation!"
