Only suggestion is have more than two rolls of toilet paper in the room and provide some basic amenities like the coffee set ups you get in hotels so that if people get in late and can’t get to a store, they can have a cup of coffee at the start of the next day before there off to the races. "We have stayed at this condo complex in the past, so we knew what to expect location wise. We love the location, only a 1.4 mile walk to Seaside. Plenty of restaurants within a short distance. The place was clean and looked like pictures. Great view from the balcony. The bed was comfortable. Nice to have 2 full bathrooms. "My family had a wonderful stay here. The location is fantastic. I always prefer being on the beach and this was perfect. The elevators were incredibly fast and we rarely had to wait long. The distance to Seaside was only about 2 miles so we rented bikes that are conveniently located in the condo parking lot and rode to Seaside. This was way better than trying to find parking there which is a little pricey. The bikes also gave my teenagers the freedom to ride around and meet with friends...
