Excellent all around. We didn't eat at the property. We ventured out and ate at surrounding restaurants. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Definitely going back.

The one thing they really need to do is update the bathrooms here. Ours was old kinda had some rust stains, so the bathrooms are in need of updating all around. The AC also could be better suited to the rooms. The bunkbed area got warm no matter what temp we kept the room at. Overall good hotel. Just needs some updating here and there

Property is at great location. Only negative was that staff were not responsive to guest needs. Had to ask for towels in our room 5 times over 2 days to finally get them. Housekeeping on floor said that call front office instead of giving them which were on their carts.

Great property, super helpful staff. I was surprised by the $40/day parking fee when I had to park my own vehicle and parking is really a long way from the lobby. I guess I should’ve read the fine print. Glad I was only there for 3 days.

Spent an extra $170 a night for a beachfront room, which was not beachfront. The only “beachfront” rooms are labeled premium beachfront, not just “beachfront”. It’s tricky and the pictures of the rooms specifically don’t show you the view. Additionally, arrived at the property at 2:30; didn’t get a room assigned until almost 6pm. Their argument from the hotel was that check in starts at 4pm, customers shouldnt expect a room at that time. Many customers experienced the same problem while we were there. Property itself is excellent. Management of the property is quite poor and understaffed.

My husband and I recently stay here for 2 nights, the property was very well maintained. The view from our room was amazing. The hotel has direct access to the beach.
