"This house is very nice. It’s well decorated and has many thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is in good condition and very clean. We especially liked the color coordinated and soft towels and sheets instead of the usual hotel grade scratchy and worn towels we get at other places. "Family of 6 (parents and kids ranging from 16-22). Space was perfect for our group. The boys had an upstairs space all to themselves. Beach was beautiful and clean. No issues at all. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Apartment was clean and had everything you would need."

"We loved the layout of the condo and the neighborhood, also enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We felt right at home. The only so called complaint was that there was a bit of a moldy smell at first in the condo. We bought a couple of candles and sprayed everything with Lysol…..also several days we were able to air out the place by opening the doors which helped. It’s not due to the owners because I know that the humidity in Florida is the cause of this. I would definitely stay there again...

"We ended up getting to check in early which was amazing since we drove over 10 hours through the night. The place was super cute, clean, and a close walk to the beach. There were 4 of us, the layout of the house was perfect & we loved sitting outside on the screened in patio. We would 100% stay here again. Side Note: bring extra toilet paper & seasonings if you plan on cooking. Also, there is a tram (golf cart) that is available to drive you down to the beach access (certain days/times)."

"When I arrived, the master bathroom tub had roach poop (quite a bit) all around the drain. I am going to assume that since this is the off season, no one has stayed in this unit in a while. I would suggest having someone check the unit when it has not been rented in a while before new people come. I did have to run and step on 3 roaches. Maybe it needs to be sprayed more? "It was a nice place, but the bed in the master felt like we were sleeping on plywood. There wasn’t a ton of things to bake with. We had to borrow things from my sister’s condo just to make a casserole. The seating area on the porch was ok, but not a ton of seating. It was a great location relative to the big pool; it overlooked it."
