"False advertising, based off the pictures, the new hotel was an old run down hotel. I called the number and there was not even a greeting. The man that answered just said hello and I was thinking is this the correct number. Finally I said I’m calling a hotel number if this it, then he said oh yes this is hotel. I asked where it was and he said we’re here in the court yard and I looked and said nope, nothing like the pictures so I left and booked with IHG Matteson, IL, new and clean"

"This is the best Sonder property we've ever stayed at!! The location is perfect for Chicago. We had a few different questions during our stay and we always received immediate and thorough answers by using the chat button in the app. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved the location in River North with shops around plenty of nice restaurants. Walkable and good buses around. Apartment was very nice, we were 5 adults. A bit noisy because of bar nearby ( it depends of your tolerance to noise. Some of us were disturbed some heard nothing). We enjoyed our stay !"

"Suite was immaculate with impressive assortment of amenities including bowl of snacks & bag of ice in the freezer, nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash in shower, dish soap, tabs for dishwasher & laundry detergent for in-suite laundry, sound machine. Full size gas stove & fridge/freezer. They just need to figure out how to configure for a larger bed. "I need to somewhere to stay for a night in Chicago and found this place. It had a varying level of reviews but found the property more the suitable for what I paid. Easy to follow instructions to get in, clean, and convienent. They even provide ear plugs to drown out the sounds of the city."

"Great location! Great view! Great hosts! Family Thanksgiving in Chicago for the first time bc our daughter works retail in Chicago and couldn’t come home. We were close to her work; walked to chriskindlemarket one day; walked to Michigan Ave and vicinity shopping; walked to Thanksgiving day parade; walked to restaurants and grocery; able to relax and enjoy Thanksgiving dinner, football, family time in the spacious apt; L stop right outside; quiet and convenient.
