"Walked into the unit to find several items were needed/missing: namely a crib and various necessary kitchen items. Host was quick to answer my texts and to connect w/ his staff to purchase and deliver the missing items. The disappointing part was that i could not come into the unit and immediately begin prepping dinner for my family who were due to arrive an hour later. "Quiet, fun place to stay. The apartment was clean, and exactly what we were looking for. Didn't see a single neighbor during our stay. There are a lot of stairs, just in case you overpack and have a gigantic suitcase. The beds were comfortable. One of the queen bedrooms does not have exterior windows, there's a window above the door, but that just made it the quietest room in the place. Very cute, we'll be back!"

"Stayed over Vday weekend— no complaints, space was nice and served my needs perfectly. Had lots of animal/pet related decor and gave the space a nice aesthetic. Owner was communicative and easy to work with! The space had nice amenities like towels, linens, projector, appliances, and etc. Neighborhood was very cute too, walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. "

"Cute spot, recommend host to remodel flooring and appliances. Refrigerator is noisy. Heater system was also very loud at night. Not sure if that’s common in most homes in older Chicago. Host was great in response rate. Overall enjoyed stay."

"Great place overall, location was superb and the place itself was nice. The train from the Armitage stop is super loud though in case that bothers someone. The back rooms behind the second bedroom are so spooky lol but otherwise the place is cute and cozy!"
