"OK so pros and cons CONS 1. To get airport shuttle / bus information I called hotel at approx 7pm local time, waited on the line 15 min. And no answer. I called 4 more times and no answer. My flight was delayed and I was to arrive at 2 AM and needed to know if that would cause any issues. I had to pay for a taxi to get to the hotel, overcharged , whatever that’s on me I don’t take Ubers. Anyway… that’s 1 2. The room was SO HUMID!!! "The room was nice. Our door was open when we arrived. But all was clear. The outside looks like they may be renovating pretty bad one stair case was block maybe do to an earthquake at some point. "

"Great value. Clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean though a little dated, easy check in-out. Not so convenient to get to BART if you plan to get into the city, but not terrible either. Would stay again on a budget."
