"This was a trip back to the 1970's. The room was super dated it even included popcorn ceiling. i was not sure what the safe was, as I never seen that before. I did get a good night sleep before flying out the next day. it is very close tot he airport and they have a free shuttle. The good thing is that is is easily accessible. I found the staff in the afternoon and night shift to be very niece. The cleaning staff was great. "

"Check in was easy! I loved the rubber duck that came in the room. The front desk gave me 2 rubber duck key chains as well when I mentioned I collected them. Walgreens is on the corner so easy to get anything you need. The cable car route is right out the front door. I stayed on the 12th floor I had city views. The bed felt like I was sleeping in a cloud. They offer a pillow menu which is pretty unique! Definitely will be my go to stay for when I come back to San Francisco! "

"Loved our stay at the Fairmont. I would definitely come back again. The staff made the stay so much better. not a lot of parking around. But the hotel has valet on the side of the building. 90$ overnight and other fees added. Overall great experience the hotel!"
