"The hotel was great but we were do upset when we landed when we say the shuttle didn’t run after 20:45. We landed at 11:00. Had to pay exorbitant Uber for $39.00 yo get there when it was advertised in your website for hotel that they had a shuttle! Then today when we went to check out soon, there is NO shuttle back to airport for connecting flight after 9:30. Now we will have to pay for Uber again. False advertising!!!! "We stayed at Comfort Inn by SFO airport because it was close and convenient. The only negative was the noise from the train. "

"Fast checks in, clean rooms. The only thing the shuttle bus took more than an hour. and the poor waiter working alone waiting tables . So service was good but not great. Good food"

"Arrived early morning , have to pay $99 for early check in which fine. Front desk gave us a clean , spacious room . Staff are very nice and friendly…. breakfast have a lot of option protein and carbohydrates, cereals , coffees and juices. electric cars are parked facing the lobby , while regular cars are on the sides. Thou. back door is another option just make sure u have a room to enter property . Highly Recommend "
