"Our first room had a very uncomfortable bed. The next morning, we asked the front desk if we could be moved to another room. They very graciously moved us to another room where we had a very lovely view of the Golden Gate Bridge!!! Great staff and service!"

"San Francisco is my home. I come back 2 times a year to visit my family. This was my 6th stay at the hotel. I just realized I forgot to thank Janet, my check in concierge! Janet has made me feel so welcome with our first interaction. She has always made sure every single visit met with my need! ( the kettle for hot water for my tea). She also gives me chocolate treats with I shared with my family later when I see them for dinner. I’m looking forward to my next visit! And hope I will get to see Janet when I shall check in. I thank you for your service! I’m one happy client."

"Really liked the hotel, it was clean and comfortable and cutely styled with fun artwork and wallpaper. The room faced a side street with a big tree in front of the window so it was always kind of dark in the room but it didn't bother me, I liked that it was quiet and away from the main road. Coffee machine in the room, and cotton bath robes in the closet which were great to use after showering. No mini fridge but they offered to bring me one when I asked. The laminate flooring looked new and was nice to have vs carpet. The parking garage seems secure if you drive there, and the front desk always has someone attending it. I felt safe at the hotel and walked to the design district in about 15 minutes with no issues. Sightglass coffee is also within walking distance, and so is Civic Center bart station, about 10 minutes. Will definitely stay again, especially because it's pet friendly! "
