The room is the perfect size with a wardrobe cabinet and a spacious bathroom for UK and big city standards. It is in a great neighborhood was close walking distance to a lot of things including a tube station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again!"

"Great location close to tube stations and bus stops. So close to many attractions in Kensington. Various food options within walking distance. Friendly staff. The room always stayed hot though despite modifying the thermostat. The pillows weren’t very comfortable. But these two things are the only complaints I can make the room was clean and the bathroom bigger than others I’ve experienced staying in London. The elevator is also a big plus you don’t always find in the area. "
