"Beautiful stay in a lovely spacious room. Loved having a bath and shower. Artwork and decor make it a unique and interesting place to stay. Perfect location - close to underground and within walking distance to restaurants and the Natural History Museum and Kensington Gardens. If planning on arriving by train and you have luggage - be aware there is no lift or escalators at Kensington South station. Cocktail happy hour at the hotel is well worth it, together with a delicious, reasonable priced, meal. Brilliant service throughout the hotel. Thanks for a wonderful stay! "

"The hotel was lovely. It’s located in a great part of the city, many restaurants, museums and shopping. Also close to the Tube station. The staff were very attentive and helpful in whatever we needed. Only one downside for me was the mattress was harder and my hips hurt."

"Best location, walking distance to tube station within zone 1 and direct line to Heathrow airport. Several dinning options, from eco-budget friendly to refined. Supermarkets (several!) within walking distance. Rooms are a reasonable size for a longer stay, the fridge in the room is super handy to have to keep food and drinks. Bed was VERY comfortable, room was very quiet at night, we had wonderful sleep. "

"This is a lovely hotel to stay in Kensington. It feels very luxurious when you walk in. You’re welcomed by an incredible staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a little small, but it is a city so to be expected. Everything was clean. The location was wonderful! Close proximity to two different tubes and easy access to taxis and Ubers at all Times. we truly enjoyed our stay here. "
