"Regardless the length of your stay, Kasa doesn’t clean the rooms daily, which is a major staple of the hotel industry. They really need to provide this service to be excellent. Being virtual, front desk, works safely and effectively since they are responsive when you contact them providing the service you are requesting promptly. The stairs could be cumbersome when carrying luggage. The stairs also make you doubtful about going back to your room to retrieve something you forgot or to use the bathroom. "
