The owner and staff were very accommodating and helpful, especially on our check out, as our transfer to the airport never turned up, but with her help, we got to the airport in good time. Check in procedure needs improvement because I waited over an hour to get into my apartment. I left my souvenir Miami Open visor in my apartment when I left but the staff said they couldn’t find it."
