"Generally a good hotel but very disappointed in our room. Sold as oceanfront. On the 4 th floor so actually a pool view and palm trees pretty much blocking even ocean view. Hotel did offer some monetary compensation. In room dining food was not up to par. Dinner was good in the Grove. Getting vhairs at the pool was difficult. Need a better system. Not turned over quickly enough.. Balcony furniture not clean. Extra toilet paper holder was empty when needed in middle of night."

"The Gaythering was dealing with an A/C issue during my stay prior to a large Atlantis sailing from Miami. They were very up front with all of the issues and made as much right as possible - with excellent warm service and very courteous staff. While the A/C units were a challenge for me due to sound, the rooms were as comfortable as possible. I chose a standard room and had stayed in the 'crates' before and it was a large upgrade.
