"Super friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed our 3 nights there. We had a problem in the room where a few of the floorboards were raised a little causing you to be very careful not to stub or scratch a foot coming and going to the bathroom. While they couldn’t move us to a new room they without delay actually while we were still there offered a discount for the inconvenience which I am very grateful for. They’ve earned our business again when we return. Thank you guys. "

"This is a classic Miami Beach hotel. The rooms are clean but they definitely have history. If you’re going to stay in your room a lot, this hotel is not for you. But if you want to experience old Miami Beach, this is perfect. "
