"This is a lovely family owned and serviced little hotel/motel. Guests of all walks of life are treated well and the place is kept very clean. Some of the fixtures are outdated or need replacement, but the bed was really comfortable and my room was clean and fresh. This is one of the nicer low priced accommodations in Chula Vista. And the price is quite competitive with other hotels in the area. The neighborhood is urban ish and very walkable with interesting stores and restaurants all along the main street. "
