"Loved the uniqueness of this hotel. Feels like an old plantation. The grounds are beautiful. We saw two deer across from the parking lot and counted 13 manatees in the spring. Food is the best I have ever had. The room was huge. We really enjoyed it!"

"Clean and really appreciate the fridge with a separate freezer as we travel with medicine that needs refrigeration. Bed was comfortable but could use a blanket. Door has gap that lets bugs in and lamp outlets need tightening so plugs stay in. I mention these things so the owners are aware and can fix them. We love staying here every year. "

"It was a lovely place. Clean and quiet. The bath tub and the shower head needs replacing. Pots and pans in the kitchen need replacing. Not able to use them unless we wanted to eat Teflon. "
